• Full-time The Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

The role ensures that the organization attracts, develops, and retains a skilled and motivated workforce.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing Develop and implement recruitment strategies Oversee hiring processes (job postings, interviews, onboarding) Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs Employee Relations Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts Promote a positive workplace culture Performance Management Develop performance appraisal systems Monitor employee performance and provide guidance Training & Development Identify training needs and organize development programs Facilitate leadership and skill-building initiatives Compensation & Benefits Manage payroll structure and benefits programs Ensure competitive salary frameworks Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Maintain employee records and HR documentation Strategic HR Planning Align HR strategies with organizational goals Support organizational change and development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in HR management, 3-5 years Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Leadership and decision-making Communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution Organizational and time management Confidentiality and ethical judgment
