• Full-time About Us We are a dynamic, multi-company organization seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and manage daily HR operations.

This position is instrumental in driving our people strategy, supporting business operations, and cultivating a strong, compliant workplace culture. Reporting directly to executive management within the Accounting Department, the HR Manager will oversee all core HR functions across multiple businesses, including restaurant and hospitality operations. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with HR systems like ADP Workforce Now , ADP Time & Attendance , and Proliant Payroll & Time Tracking . Familiarity with ToastTab and Clover is a plus (and training can be provided if needed). Key Responsibilities Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll in coordination with our payroll provider Manage full-cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and workplace issues Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals Maintain and improve performance management processes Lead employee engagement initiatives, training, and development programs Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll structures Monitor HR metrics and generate insights for executive leadership Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws Maintain, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work culture Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, or similar role Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Proliant systems (payroll and time tracking) Familiarity with ToastTab and Clover POS platforms (preferred but not required) Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and labor regulations Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion Experience using HR data and metrics to inform decision-making Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred, not required) Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Employee Discounts Paid Time Off Schedule Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM
