Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Your leadership will drive organizational growth through effective workforce planning, change management, and talent development strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company culture while ensuring operational excellence in HR practices. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organizational design. Lead talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday to attract top candidates through social media management and innovative sourcing techniques. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture. Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth. Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and payroll systems using platforms like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure adherence to employment & labor law regulations such as
FMLA, OSHA
standards, and affirmative action planning requirements. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while fostering a positive work environment. Coordinate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data collection and entry for accurate record-keeping and reporting purposes. Lead change management initiatives by developing strategic plans that support organizational transformation efforts. Conduct audits related to compliance areas such as OSHA and workers' compensation; prepare reports for senior leadership on HR metrics. Skills Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices in HR sourcing, talent management, and succession planning. Proficiency with HRIS platforms including Workday, Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian or similar systems for data entry and workforce management. Strong understanding of employment & labor law regulations including
FMLA, OSHA
standards, contracts law, and affirmative action planning. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement, training delivery, and conflict resolution. Experience with benefits administration systems such as Paychex or ADP; familiarity with payroll processing tools like UltiPro or Paylocity is a plus. Ability to develop strategic plans that align HR functions with overall business objectives; expertise in organization design is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage employee relations proactively while fostering a culture of inclusion and respect. Skilled in data collection and analysis using platforms like Salesforce or Oracle HCM for informed decision-making.
