Job Description
We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center seeking to fill a full time position for our Human Resource department. The position of Human Resource Specialist involves: Providing clerical support to Human Resources including: recruitment, employee onboarding/off boarding, and maintaining personnel records. Process a variety of applications and forms relating to Human Resources for employment, and other confidential forms as well as flow of correspondence. Maintain, update, and distribute current employee information, handbooks, and other communications for Human Resource Organize and manage employee records, file/scan, and assist with special projects relating to Human Resource Must have knowledge with I-9 and W-4 forms Audit employee files for compliance, identify missing and expired items, and secure these documents for file completion
Qualifications:
Full-time position Aware of HIPAA laws General knowledge of medical documents Solid understanding of labor laws Great problem solving skills Will work directly with administratorDesired Skills and Experience:
MUST have 3+ years of related experience in Human Resources Excellent customer service mindset and superb communication skills (written, oral and electronic) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate skills in Excel Attention to detail Bilingual Key Competencies Must be analytical and self-motivated Punctuality and reliability Professional personal presentation Organizing, planning and multi-tasking Attention to detail Should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the officeJob Type:
