Position Summary The Human Resources Trainer plays a vital role in developing key personnel, maintaining a safe and harassment-free environment, and helping management reach sales and operational goals through coaching and training. This role will work closely with Regional Managers, General Managers, and the executive team to deliver impactful training programs, monitor performance, and promote long-term employee success. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and train new employees across key positions Coach management teams on leadership, employee development, and achieving sales goals Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, quarterly assessments, and onboarding programs Develop and implement manuals, documentation, and HR processes for issue resolution and complaint handling Maintain a harassment-free and inclusive workplace through awareness and investigation training Train and launch promotional programs; mentor key personnel and evaluate performance Collaborate with leadership to analyze sales data, create accountability structures, and improve culture Support retention strategies by developing clear growth paths and positive work environments Performance Goals Achieve sales targets through proper training of models/pitches and accountability systems Reduce turnover by providing career clarity, coaching, and an enjoyable culture Improve team capability via quarterly assessments, skill-building, and hands-on coaching Qualifications Proven experience in HR training, people development, or management coaching Strong understanding of workplace culture, compliance, and talent development Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements Excellent communication and presentation skills Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Familiarity with sales training is preferred

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
