$225,000 - $275,000 per year Job Details -The Role:
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) The CHRO will serve as a core member of the executive leadership team and own the full people strategy across a complex, multi-site healthcare services platform. This leader will be responsible for building scalable HR infrastructure, strengthening leadership capability, ensuring regulatory and workforce compliance, and partnering with the CEO and CFO on growth, performance, and culture. This is a hands-on, strategic operator role — not a policy-only CHRO. The mandate is to professionalize, scale, and future-proof the people function. Key Responsibilities Own enterprise-wide people strategy aligned to growth, quality of care, and operational scale Lead and scale a large HR organization across HR Operations, Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, and Compliance Build executive-level leadership development, succession planning, and performance management Drive workforce planning in partnership with Finance and Operations Ensure compliance with employment law, healthcare regulations, labor standards, and internal policies Professionalize recruiting, onboarding, and training at scale to support rapid headcount growth Partner with CEO and CFO on culture, organizational design, incentives, and leadership bench Lead change management during growth, acquisitions, and operational transformation Build strong HR analytics and reporting to inform executive decision-making Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on people-related strategy and risk Ideal Background / Requirements 12+ years progressive HR leadership experience; prior CHRO or VP of HR strongly preferred Experience leading large HR organizations (30+ team members) in multi-site, high-growth environments Background in healthcare, services, multi-unit operations, or other regulated industries strongly preferred Proven track record scaling recruiting, training, and compliance functions Experience partnering with CEO/CFO and executive leadership teams Comfortable in PE-backed or high-growth environments Strong executive presence, change leadership, and operational mindset Ability to balance strategy + roll-up-your-sleeves execution A bit about us: - We are a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare services organization backed by institutional capital.
