Job Description

Role Overview First HR leader in LA to build subsidiary's team & capabilities from 0 to 1, overseeing talent, admin, compliance, and HQ coordination for U.S. growth.
Key Responsibilities Team Building :
Full-cycle recruitment (planning, hiring, onboarding), dynamic adjustment, develop U.S. channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, headhunters).
HR & Admin :
Office ops, assets, policies (recruitment, training, performance, comp, relations), champion culture & HQ guidelines.
Compliance :
Ensure federal & California labor law compliance; handle visas, payroll taxes, contracts, disputes to mitigate risks.
HQ Coordination :
Efficient HQ communication; provide localized HR insights for North American expansion.
External Relations :
Build ties with government, industry partners, and professional services to boost brand presence. Qualifications Bachelor's+; HR, Business, Law preferred. 3+ years HR management in financial institutions (investment banks, securities, asset management, fintech) preferred. Proven 0-to-1 team-building experience. Expertise in all HR functions & California labor laws. Strong communication, problem-solving, resilience.
Pay:
$8,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
