Key Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals. Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning. Build competitive compensation and benefits programs. Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives. Oversee performance management systems. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Lead employee relations and conflict resolution. Develop leadership training and organizational development programs. Oversee HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems. Support mergers, expansion, and organizational changes. Advise executive leadership on workforce planning and HR risks. Manage HR budgets and departmental performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-state operations preferred. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred.
