Job Description

Vice President of Human Resources Los Angeles , CA Direct Hire Human Resources $150K to $170K 02/03/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $170,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on key people-related decisions and organizational direction. Shape and implement an HR approach that reinforces long-term goals and nurtures a healthy workplace culture. Lead HR operations, including budgeting, goal-setting, team management, and process oversight. Guide talent strategies such as recruitment, compensation structure, staff development, and engagement initiatives. Maintain strong HR systems, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting to organizational leaders.
Requirements:
A Master's degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline. Significant HR leadership background, including experience supporting multiple locations or states. Solid understanding of employment regulations and demonstrated ability to ensure compliance. Prior experience advising executives and supporting workforces with varied employment types. Proficiency with HR technology, data tools, and standard office software.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor HR teams. Strong judgment and discretion when managing sensitive or confidential matters. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization. Flexibility to navigate shifting priorities and support organizational change efforts.
