Job Description:
Our firm has been retained by a venture capital backed company in their search for their top People / HR Leader. The company is currently in a rapid growth mode and expects to 2-3x their employee base over the next 12-18 months as they rapidly commercialize their business which supports a blue-chip customer base. This executive role will serve as as the Company's senior People leader, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to build the talent, culture, systems, and organizational capabilities required to support the company's next stage of growth.
Must have qualifications:
10+ years of progressive People, Human Resources, or Talent leadership experience. 5+ years as the senior People, HR, or Talent leader for a high-growth company or business unit. Experience scaling an organization through significant headcount growth Experience building People programs, systems, and processes that support IPO readiness or public-company operating standards. Experience building centralized recruiting, onboarding, and talent operations programs, including systems, processes, and team infrastructure. Strong business acumen and ability to align People strategy with company goals, growth plans, and operating priorities. Proven ability to advise CEOs, founders, executives, and senior leaders on complex people, leadership, organizational, and culture matters. An ability and desire to work on-site from their Mountain View HQ, the majority of the time.
