Full Job Description Experience:
VP Salary:
$140,000•$200,000 per year Job Details•We're looking for an experienced HR executive who can balance strategic leadership with operational excellence. This individual will lead all aspects of Human Resources while building scalable processes that support continued growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the organization's overall Human Resources strategy. Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning, workforce strategy, and talent initiatives. Lead talent acquisition strategy across multiple business units and geographic regions. Drive leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Oversee performance management, compensation planning, benefits, and total rewards programs. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations. Lead employee relations while fostering a high-performance, people-first culture. Develop scalable HR systems, policies, and processes to support future growth. Manage and mentor the Human Resources team. Support integration efforts related to acquisitions and organizational expansion. Utilize HR analytics and reporting to drive business decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience. Experience leading HR within a multi-location organization. Strong background supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling businesses. Knowledge of employment law, compliance, compensation, and organizational development. Experience partnering directly with executive leadership teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification is a plus. Experience within construction, commercial services, industrial, facilities, or related industries is highly preferred.
