$185,000•$205,000 per year Job Details•This role is responsible for building a high-performing HR function focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while strengthening company culture and broadening the organization's people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the HR function Lead and communicate competitive benefits programs that support talent attraction and retention Serve as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing company values and measuring alignment across the organization Establish performance metrics to drive productivity and continuous improvement Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the HR team Design and implement processes across recruiting, retention, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on employee development, performance, and disciplinary matters Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR records and documentation Manage and align HR budgets to support company growth and strategic initiatives Leverage data and analytics to drive decisions related to training, compensation, and workforce planning Maintain competitive compensation structures to attract and retain high-performing talent Monitor industry and workforce trends to proactively shape HR strategy
