Vice President, HR COMPANY Advanced Metal Manufacturing
LOCATION
Waterbury, CT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a Vice President of HR to lead enterprise-wide HR strategy and transformation initiatives across a multi-site, multi-state operation. This individual will be responsible for modernizing and standardizing HR processes, driving automation, optimizing HR systems and building a scalable, high-performing HR function. Key responsibilities will include overseeing workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, total rewards and organizational development, while closely partnering with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business objectives in a complex, regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive HR experience, including executive-level leadership, with a strong background in multi-site manufacturing settings. They should have a proven track record of successfully implementing HR infrastructure and systems transformation, as well as deep expertise in employee relations, compliance and compensation and benefits. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to lead and develop teams, possess strong business acumen and take a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach, focusing on execution rather than delegation in a fast-paced, travel-intensive role.
