Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator Ed Napleton Automotive Group We are seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to support our service operations in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate claim processing, compliance, and timely reimbursement from manufacturers. Compensation & Benefits $50,000 - $60,000 per year Family-owned and operated — 90+ years strong Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) Paid vacation & sick time Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Advancement opportunities within a Top 10 automotive group What You'll Own Book, submit, and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently Review and code repair orders to meet factory compliance standards Stay current on warranty policies and proactively review new recalls, TSBs, and factory bulletins as released Work across multiple OEM brands, expanding your warranty expertise Track and follow up on claim payments and rejections Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting Support service and body shop warranty workflows Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. What Makes You a Fit Proven automotive warranty administration experience CDK experience strongly preferred Multi-brand experience is a plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication Able to pass background check and drug screen Must be 18+ years old
