Major Responsibilities and Duties:

Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards for key HR metrics, including headcount, talent development, and organizational analytics Analyze and optimize HR processes to identify automation opportunities and support the implementation of process improvements Support the exploration and implementation of HR-related AI applications, such as workflow automation, intelligent Q&A, and AI-generated content Assist in building, testing, and iteratively improving AI tools and solutions Provide project support to the HR team and assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

任职要求： 硕士/本科生在读，专业包括但不限于人工智能、信息管理与系统、计算机科学等相关领域。 保证每周至少出勤3天，持续3个月以上 具备一定的技术基础（Python、SQL、Power BI、RPA等自动化工具优先），对数据分析、人工智能应用或HR流程优化具有浓厚兴趣 逻辑思维清晰，学习能力强，主动性高 英文书面和口语流利，优秀的沟通能力和协作意识 熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree，preferably but not limited to majors in Artificial Intelligence, Information Management and Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Available to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months Basic technical skills are preferred; experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, RPA, or other automation tools is a strong plus, along with a strong interest in data analysis, AI applications, or HR process optimization Strong logical thinking, learning agility, and self-motivation Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong communication and collaboration skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
