Home Corporate HR Leader Ready to step into a broader HR leadership role? If you're an HR professional who enjoys both strategy and hands-on support, this role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of Human Resources. At Greencroft Communities, you'll partner with leadership to: Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, and employee relations Assist with salary benchmarking and job structure development Help ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices Contribute to training, policy updates, and organizational initiatives You'll work closely with the CHRO while also building strong relationships with campus teams. We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in HR leadership or supervision Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Comfortable working across multiple HR functions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) HR leadership experience, including supervision SHRM certification preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Benefits Include ?
