Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional Number of Positions Available:
( 1 ) Full-time position
Description of Position:
The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional is responsible for the monitoring, integration, implementation and coordination of services consisting of a comprehensive functional assessment of the program services. Ultimately, the Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional is responsible for ensuring the provisions of a consistent and aggressive active treatment program for the consumers. The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional also supervises the House Managers and works cooperatively with the residential nurses.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human services or related academic disciplines (e.g., psychology, sociology, education and human development).
Experience Required:
Prior experience in developing and implementing individual programs, program evaluations, and working in a team environment. Must have good decision-making and time management skills and be responsible, mature, and flexible.
