Permanent Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) AI-Driven Cybersecurity Platform | Public Company | Remote | $300K+ Base + Bonus + Significant Equity We are partnering exclusively with a recently public cybersecurity company building an AI-first platform through rapid growth and strategic acquisitions. The business is strengthening its executive leadership team and seeking a world-class CHRO to architect the people strategy required to scale. This is a rare opportunity to build a highly data-driven people organization from the ground up and partner directly with the CEO and Board. The Opportunity As CHRO, you will lead all aspects of human capital strategy, including executive compensation, workforce analytics, organizational design, succession planning, and acquisition integration. What You Will Do Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO and Board Lead executive compensation and Compensation Committee support Build workforce analytics and KPI dashboards Design scalable organizational and leadership structures Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development Lead HR due diligence and integration for acquisitions Modernize HR systems and people processes Ideal Background Sitting or former CHRO in a public, PE-backed, or high-growth technology company Significant Board and executive compensation experience Strong M&A integration and organizational design expertise Data-driven and analytically rigorous Transformational leader with a highly hands-on approach Compensation $300K+ base salary Performance bonus Significant equity upside Apply If You are an elite people executive who wants to help build the leadership, culture, and organizational infrastructure of a rapidly scaling public cybersecurity company.
