English Bilingual Head of Business Control Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with internal control policies in a SOX environment Review strategic, corporate and departmental business plans regularly to ensure that tasks and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner, and that preparation of governance reports, project status reports, presentations, agendas etc. are completed Manage all accounting and finance functions of US-based facilities. Manage and oversee overall costs operations- A/P, A/R. Cash flow, General Ledger accounts etc. Manage the IT System as needed Perform other job duties are assigned as needed Japanese /

English Bilingual Head of Business Control Qualifications:

5+ years minimum experience in Accounting / Corporate planning or relating job Fluent in both English and Japanese (read/write/speaking) Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience and knowledge in Accounting and Finance Working knowledge of applying federal, state & local employment and benefits laws/regulations to various employee and business situations, is a plus Excellent organizational skills, leadership, planning, organizational and follow-up skill in a team-based environment Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
