To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a mission-driven organization in the health tech space, is seeking a Senior Director - HRBP to support its corporate and sales functions. This role will serve as a strategic and hands-on partner to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet roll-up-your-sleeves HR leader with experience supporting technical and corporate functions and a proven ability to influence at the executive level. This individual thrives in fast-paced, less structured environments, is highly data-driven, and is passionate about building scalable people practices that support growth and innovation. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required. 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably supporting Tech, Product, Sales or corporate functions in health tech environment, required. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development principles. Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders on performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning. Experience driving talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and tell a compelling story. Experience leading change management initiatives within high-growth or transforming organizations. Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, hands-on approach. The base salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
