www.twitter.com/digitas_health Overview The Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior agency leadership, helping to shape and drive talent, organizational, and culture strategies that support business growth and operational excellence. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute people strategies across talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and change management. will play a key role in fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative culture while aligning HR initiatives to the evolving needs of a fast-paced healthcare advertising and communications organization. Responsibilities Partner closely with executive and senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned to agency and network business goals Act as a strategic consultant to leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, team structures, talent needs, and business transformation initiatives Provide proactive guidance and thought partnership on employee engagement, retention, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent and succession planning strategies Coach managers and leaders on performance management, feedback, development planning, and employee growth Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, performance concerns, and workplace issues Drive consistency and accountability across performance management processes and talent practices Build strong partnerships across Publicis Health and Publicis Groupe Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, DE&I, and HR Operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience Prior experience supporting advertising, marketing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, media, digital, or professional services organizations strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies to business priorities Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. $58.32 - $93.38 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
