Our Vision for this Role The Chief People Officer (CPO) is a strategic executive responsible for leading the organization's people strategy, culture, and talent initiatives. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CPO partners with business leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain a high-performing workforce while ensuring the organization's human resources practices support its business objectives, values, and long-term growth. What We Will Accomplish Together Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the organization's overall people strategy aligned with business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness. Drive change management efforts during periods of growth, transformation, or restructuring. Talent Management Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization. Build robust performance management and career development programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Employee Experience & Culture Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace culture. Monitor employee engagement and implement initiatives that improve the employee experience. Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) throughout the organization. Lead employee recognition and wellness initiatives. Human Resources Operations Oversee all HR functions. Employee relations. Compensation and benefits. HR operations. HR technology and systems. Compliance and policy administration. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Leadership & Team Development Build, mentor, and develop the HR leadership team. Establish goals, metrics, and accountability for HR performance. Partner with leaders across the organization to improve management capability and employee performance. Data & Analytics Utilize workforce analytics to inform strategic decision-making. Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, hiring effectiveness, and retention. Recommend improvements based on data and industry best practices. What You Have Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 12-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibilities. Demonstrated success leading organizational change and enterprise-wide HR initiatives. Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, talent management, and organizational development. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Master's degree (MBA, MSHR, or related field). Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent). Experience supporting high-growth or multi-site organizations. Experience leading digital HR transformation and HR technology implementations.
