OrgShakers LLC (on behalf of a client) About the Opportunity OrgShakers is partnering with a client to identify an experienced Fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) to support their organization during a key phase of growth and transformation. This is a contract-based, fractional leadership role requiring a seasoned HR executive with proven experience operating at the Chief People Officer (or equivalent) level. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the people function. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters Lead and execute people strategy aligned with business objectives Assess and strengthen organizational design, culture, and leadership capability Provide guidance on talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and best practices Support change management initiatives, including growth, restructuring, or transformation efforts Mentor and support internal HR teams where applicable
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Chief People Officer, CHRO, or equivalent executive-level HR leader Demonstrated success in providing strategic HR leadership within complex or growing organizations Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to commercial outcomes Experience working in a fractional, consulting, or interim leadership capacity is highly desirable Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to quickly assess needs and deliver impactful solutions Engagement Details Contract / fractional engagement with flexible structure Dallas-based client (local presence or ability to travel as needed preferred) Immediate or near-term start
Pay:
$80.00 - $100.00 per hour
