Job Description

At SafetyClerk , we are building the next generation of construction operations, safety, risk management, and insurance technology software. Our platform helps Construction Managers, General Contractors, Owners, Brokers, and Subcontractors digitize and manage workforce onboarding, safety compliance, time tracking, access control, insurance tracking, daily logs, incident reporting, equipment inspections, and more. SafetyClerk combines construction operations, compliance, workforce management, and real-time risk intelligence into a single platform designed to help companies reduce risk , improve accountability , and better manage projects across the United States. We are looking for a People Operations & Talent Partner to lead recruitment and HR operations as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who is passionate about building strong teams and culture in a fast growing startup environment.
