Key Responsibilities As a CO or CPO, you will: Evaluate patients' orthotic and prosthetic needs and determine appropriate treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery. Design, fit, and adjust custom prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices for both pediatric and adult patients. Provide ongoing follow‑up care and make clinical adjustments to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on device use, care, and expectations for growth/changes. Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with evolving technologies and best practices in O&P. Qualifications Certified in Orthotics OR certified as a Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
