POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for leading all Human Resources functions for Nashville Record Pressing, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, organizational development, benefits administration, retention initiatives, and HR compliance. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the HR Lead will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership while fostering a positive workplace culture and developing people strategies that support organizational growth and operational excellence. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, and progressive HR leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on support. This position plays a critical role in developing leadership capability throughout the organization, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring the Human Resources function effectively supports both employees and business objectives. Responsibilities Lead all Human Resources operations and initiatives across Nashville Record Pressing. Develop and execute workforce planning strategies that support operational and business objectives. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts for hourly, salaried, management, and professional positions. Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs. Create and maintain leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Coach managers and supervisors on leadership effectiveness, employee management, and organizational best practices. Partner with executive leadership to develop people strategies that support organizational growth. Oversee employee benefits administration, annual open enrollment activities, and vendor relationships. Analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions related to staffing, retention, and employee development. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Provide leadership, direction, and development to Human Resources team members. Promote a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and accountability. Support organizational change initiatives and workforce transitions. Partner with the HR Specialist to ensure consistent employee relations practices and risk mitigation efforts. Physical Demands Sedentary, office-based role requiring the ability to operate standard office equipment. Position requires sitting at a desk for the majority of the workday while also regularly walking throughout the facility. Substantially repetitive movements of the arms, wrists, hands, and fingers. Required to have visual acuity to review reports, analyze data, and utilize computer systems. Position requires frequent interaction with employees throughout manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments.
