Job Description
Working in a highly matrixed environment, the Total Rewards team collaborates closely with other centres of excellence and business partners across and beyond Human Resources. Global P&D Strategy & Business Alignment Defines Performance and Development (P&D) strategy in strong partnership with the HR leadership team. Translates this strategy into end-to-end experiences (e.g., Connect, Feedback, Recognition, Performance Management) and drive engagements and partnerships across the broader HR community and broader communities to activate. Lead cross-functional HR teams to incubate and scale innovative ideas, driving end-to-end execution across process, technology and AI-enabled solutions and continuous process and technology transformation. Develops, guides, and manages the execution of performance and development programs by anticipating future organizational needs, identifying stakeholders and partners, and establishing priorities. Analyzes business priorities and key data points to refine and develop P&D programs and strategies. Manages and oversees large-scale programs to implement Performance & Development programs across the businesses. Coordinates with leadership to achieve alignment, overcome barriers, and ensure overall program success. Evaluates business drivers to make a case for change adoption. Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modelling, coaching, and caring. Enable success across boundaries. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 8+ years experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources, finance, business, or related field; OR Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 6+ years experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources, finance, business, or related field; OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Psychology, or related field 6+ years managing large-scale or complex projects/programs 5+ years People Management experience, either direct or indirect through team leadership Proven capability in prompt engineering or agentic AI implementation across either first party up to enterprise-wide scenarios.
