Position Summary Phixsur is seeking a highly motivated MBA-level Summer Intern to lead key strategic initiatives that directly impact the company's growth and scalability. This role is ideal for an independent thinker who thrives in an unstructured environment and wants to apply strategic, analytical, and operational skills to a real business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity to work closely with leadership and influence meaningful decisions. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify and evaluate high-value customer segments (e.g., property management, commercial clients, multi-location businesses) Analyze competitors, pricing models, and service offerings to inform growth strategy Develop a clear target customer and go-to-market strategy Evaluate current customer mix, job types, and profitability trends Build simple financial models to assess revenue potential and ROI Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership Assess current technician onboarding and training processes Design a structured, scalable technician training program Create SOPs, checklists, and playbooks to improve consistency and service quality Own projects from concept through recommendation with regular progress updates Present findings and recommendations to leadership and support implementation where applicable Qualifications Currently pursuing an MBA or graduate-level degree in Business or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity Experience with market research, data analysis, or consulting-style work Proficiency in Excel or similar tools
