Job Description

Join our client's team in a pivotal role as an HR Contractor, where you'll transform job descriptions to ensure clarity and precision across the organization. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and effectiveness of hiring processes, making a significant contribution to the company's talent acquisition strategy. This contract is estimated to last approximately 8 weeks.

What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct intake sessions with various hiring leaders to understand job duties and requirements. Interpret and translate basic information into detailed job descriptions. Guide hiring managers on defining job requirements accurately. Collaborate closely with the compensation team to build comprehensive job descriptions. Ensure all job descriptions align with the type of talent sought by the organization. Assist in standardizing job descriptions across the company. What You'll Need to be
Considered:
Blend of recruiting and HR experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to "read between the lines." Proven ability to write and edit job descriptions effectively.
