This role is best for someone with strong workers' comp expertise who can step in quickly and handle complex claims with minimal ramp-up. What You'll Do Manage active workers' compensation claims Handle reserves, settlements, litigation, mediation, and claim strategy Work through VCR settlements and complex claim resolutions Review medical, indemnity, lost-time, and return-to-work details Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance Support annual reporting and claim file reviews What We're Looking For Strong workers' compensation adjusting experience required Experience with complex/litigated claims Strong background in reserves, settlements, mediation, and reporting Direct employer, self-insured, corporate, or large-account experience preferred Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly AL adjuster license required
