Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and process weekly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Manage and administer employee insurance benefits, including health, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related policies
Maintain and update payroll and benefits records in HR systems
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure proper deductions, tax filings, and reporting
Assist in the administration of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations
Prepare reports related to payroll and benefits for management review

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits management
Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
