We are seeking a detail?oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator with deep, hands?on experience using ADP and related HR systems to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll and benefits administration. In this role, your expertise will keep critical processes running smoothly behind the scenes while directly supporting employees every day. What's in it for you? Details:
Direct Hire position $46,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws. Manage payroll updates including new hires, terminations, pay changes, taxes, and deductions. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee support. Audit payroll and benefits data, reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate records and reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits questions, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Payroll & Benefits Administrator (Bilingual)
Qualifications:
3-5 years of payroll administration experience required (or 8-10 years in lieu of a degree); Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field preferred. Solid knowledge of payroll laws and compliance (FLSA), including taxes, wage and hour regulations. Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
