Summary We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the US. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise will help us continue to provide exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Manage and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans. Ensure compliance with FMLA and other relevant employment laws. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits. Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new hires. Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate records in HRIS systems. Analyze data related to employee benefits usage and trends. Prepare regulatory reports related to employee benefits. Assist in the development of communication materials regarding benefits. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Life and Health Insurance License (or the ability to obtain within 120 days) Proven experience in benefits administration or HR roles. Strong knowledge of FMLA, HIPAA, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Dayforce). Ability to analyze data effectively for reporting purposes. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience with payroll systems is a plus.
