Key Qualifications:

HRIS Expertise :

Strong proficiency in UKG (required) and PlanSource; experience with data audits and system optimization.

Advanced MS Excel Skills :

Skilled with VLOOKUPs and other functions for data auditing and reconciliation.

Benefits Compliance Knowledge :

In-depth understanding of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and CFRA regulations.

Multi-Site Experience :

Proven ability to support complex, large-scale organizations across multiple sites (highly preferred). Attention to

Detail :

Critical for correcting data integrity issues-missing LOA information, HSA discrepancies, benefit errors, and coverage tier mismatches. Adaptability in
