Bilingual Benefits & LOA Specialist (Spanish/English)

• Location:

  Camarillo, CA

• Pay:

  $90-110k/year DOE
• Must have experience with Benefits and LOA, along with 300+ employee's organization

• Position Summary:

  The Benefits & LOA Specialist will lead the administration of employee benefits programs while owning and managing all leave of absence processes across the organization. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong communication skills who can support employees at all levels.

• Required Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Benefits Administration and/or LOA
• Strong hands-on experience managing LOA processes (FMLA, ADA, medical leaves)
• Proven ownership of 401(k)/retirement plans, deferred compensation, and medical benefits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Must have experience in organization with 300+ employee's.
