Job Description
Compensation Staff III:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field 6 or more years of relevant compensation experience Experience with compensation principles, practices, systems, and methodologies Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical skills In addition to the above, the minimum requirements for the Compensation Staff IV include: 8 or more years of relevant compensation experience How You Can Stand Out It would be impressive if you have one or more of these: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or other HR certifications Familiarity with, or have experience with, competitive pay practices in high tech firms, the space industry, and/or FFRDC pay structures Experience in Workday and market pay systems Experience with dashboards and/or Tableau reporting We offer a competitive compensation package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
