The ideal candidate is eager to learn, self-sufficient, detail-oriented, does well interacting with various internal and external clients, and most importantly has HR and benefits knowledge and experience

Key Responsibilities :
The following is a representative sample of what you might be doing day-to-day. Provides daily administrative support to our HR and benefits team as needed. Provides initial response to all benefits related support requests including questions about coverages, costs, and ID cards. Supports employee benefits enrollment, changes, and/or termination process as needed. Tracks and updates information regarding leave of absence requests for employees. Monitors third-party leave of absence reporting system for accuracy and assists in addressing discrepancies and errors. Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets as needed Runs regular benefits status reports to assist in auditing and reconciling monthly billing and HR/benefits information spreadsheets. Supports annual benefits open enrollment process including employee-facing support and facility training as needed. Drafts and edits letters, emails, and other documents related to HR and benefits topics. Uses spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software to create and update documents needed to share important HR and benefits information with our team and facilities. Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes HR and benefits information for reports or presentations. Supports HR, benefits, wellness initiatives as needed. Supports compliance with federal, state, and company policies regarding benefits and HR practices including leave of absence (FMLA, ADA, WC, etc.) administration and documentation. Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations. Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities. Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent education and experience Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook At least two years of HR/benefits work experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Thorough understanding of professionalism expectations and customer service support Ability to work independently, possessing significant problem-solving skills while also able to identify issues that require additional resources and involvement from others.
