Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the assigned administrator, performs complex and technical health benefit computations and procedures. Implements the District's comprehensive health benefit plans in compliance with District policies, county, state, and federal mandated requirements and reports. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • EDUCATION
AND/OR TRAINING
High School Diploma (accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education) or Equivalent
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
  • EDUCATION
AND/OR TRAINING
College units in accounting and experience coordinating employee benefits programs, preferably within a school district setting.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years of progressively responsible clerical experience including at least one (1) year of experience in financial record keeping or coordination of employee benefits programs.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of experience in financial record keeping or coordination of employee benefits programs. Please be advised that your application will be considered incomplete if a resume and letter of recommendation are not attached to your on-line application by the deadline date.
