Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Member Services & Benefits Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Orange, CA. This role is ideal for a benefits professional with experience in an insurance brokerage environment who enjoys supporting members, resolving benefits questions, coordinating with carriers, and helping employees navigate claims, eligibility, enrollment, and benefit plan administration. Must have active California Accident & Health Insurance License, no flexibility. The Member Services & Benefits Specialist will play a key role in delivering responsive, accurate, and professional benefits support while partnering closely with internal teams, carriers, and members. This is a strong opportunity for someone who values a collaborative environment, supportive leadership, and the ability to make a direct impact on the employee and member experience. The right candidate will bring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to benefits administration. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member services, benefits support, and advocacy to help resolve questions, issues, and escalations.
  • Assist with claims inquiries, research claim status, and coordinate directly with insurance carriers to support timely resolution.
  • Manage eligibility and enrollment administration, including updates, changes, and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain and update benefits administration systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support new hire benefits enrollment, open enrollment activities, communications, and follow-up.

  • Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 per year.
