Job Description

Now hiring for a temporary HR Compensation Analyst! This is a temporary position working fully onsite.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
ET Location :
Pasadena, CA Pay Rate:
$33.00 - $40.00/hour
Duration:
Temporary, 6+ months
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions in compliance with FLSA guidelines Review and enhance compensation framework, job structure, and classifications Conduct market pricing, salary surveys, and job benchmarking Analyze compensation data and recommend competitive salary ranges Partner with managers to gather job requirements and conduct job analysis Prepare compensation reports and recommendations for leadership Advise on compensation policies and applicable state and federal regulations Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field Minimum 4 years of compensation analyst experience
