Primary Purpose Supports the administration of employee benefits programs by performing routine tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with employee inquiries to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Provides analytical insight, operational support, and customer service, while assisting advisors with plan development, compliance activities, and communications to ensure effective and compliant delivery of benefits to employees, retirees, and stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities Supports benefits advisors through research, analysis, plan design evaluation, and development of communication materials. Assists with benefits program administration, including process improvements, compliance support, data requests, and special projects. Provides operational support and data-driven insights, including customer service to stakeholders and analysis/reporting to inform decision-making. Assists with enrollment processes for health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Maintains accurate records of employee elections and updates in HR systems. Coordinates with carriers for basic inquiries and status updates. Reviews invoices for accuracy and flags discrepancies for resolution. Participates in annual enrollment activities by scheduling sessions and preparing materials. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education Typically requires a 4-year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Undergraduate and/or Graduate coursework in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related specialty is preferred. Experience Typically requires 0 years of related experience. Must reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate upon hire.

- The systematic planning, implementing, monitoring, and revision of all the channels of communication within an organization and between organizations. Request Management
- Capturing, responding to, tracking and reporting across all requests for information. Market Benchmarking
- Collecting and evaluating compensation data by comparing the organization's data with that of competitor companies. Policy Analysis
- Determines which of various policies will achieve a given set of goals in light of the relations between the policies and the goals. Regulatory Compliance
- The adherence to laws, regulations, guidelines, and specifications relevant to HR processes and workforce management, ensuring organizational activities are lawful. Vendor Management
- Overseeing relationships with key vendors and partner organizations that deliver products, services, and support to the business.
Negotiating and managing contracts with key service providers to ensure service levels are set appropriately and met on an ongoing basis.

Analytical skills and problem-solving ability. General knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
