This role manages a high-volume workload in a deadline-driven environment and requires gaining knowledge of carrier websites and eligibility systems. How You will be
Compensated:
$22/hr
What You Will Do:
Handle service requests by navigating carrier websites and third-party enrollment systems to process inquiries, changes, and cancellations Process daily enrollments, terminations, and changes efficiently to support employees, carriers, and the agency Review printed and electronic materials for accuracy and completeness Supports department projects as needed Learn and use internal systems to manage all work, including communications and documentation
