This is a highly detailed, compliance-focused role supporting a small team and working closely with leadership.
Role Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM MT; occasional overtime
Onsite:
100% onsite (Denver)

Small team supporting a Partner and attorneys
Work Includes:
Compliance work, IRS-related documentation, and plan administration Key Responsibilities Draft and update: Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) Health & welfare plans Retirement plan amendments and restatements IRS submissions and related documentation Research ERISA, tax, and compliance issues Review domestic relations orders Support benefits plan maintenance and administration Assist with administrative documentation and client deliverables Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3-4+ years of experience in employee benefits, retirement plans, or executive compensation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong Excel, Word, and communication skills
