Compensation Analyst Schedule:
M-F onsite | 37.5 hours/week
Pay:
$45/hr-$50/hr
Type:
Contract Position Overview We are seeking a Compensation Analyst for our client in the higher education space to support compensation programs, market pricing, and salary administration initiatives. This role will partner closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices while supporting compensation analysis, reporting, and process improvements. Responsibilities Conduct job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, and market pricing analysis Support annual compensation planning, salary adjustments, and merit review processes Analyze compensation data and prepare reporting to support business decisions Partner with managers and HR teams to provide guidance on compensation policies and best practices Participate in salary surveys and compensation studies to maintain market competitiveness Maintain and audit compensation data, job descriptions, and organizational structures for accuracy Assist with compliance related to compensation policies and wage/hour regulations Support compensation program enhancements and process improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred 2-4 years of compensation, HR, or related analytical experience Strong Excel and data analysis skills Knowledge of compensation practices and wage/hour regulations Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism AimHire is an equal opportunity employer. #IND2
