Administers and supports employee-qualified leave of absence programs such as short-term and long-term disability, FMLA, ADA, Childbearing Leave, and FAMLI (Colorado State Leave), and EI (Canadian Leave).
Qualifications & Requirements:
Two years' experience in HR and/or benefits and leave administration. Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience and/or other training may be substituted. Excellent customer service skills. Performs a variety of tasks. Indicators & Attributes for

Primary Responsibilities:
Monitors and tracks absence status, documentation, and return-to-work dates. Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of all government regulations and laws to ensure compliance. Initiates the leave process and communicates with employees throughout their leave. Coordinates with HR Coordinators and Managers on return-to-work dates. Communicates with internal teams, (i.e., Payroll, HR, and Office Teams, etc.) on leave of absence statuses. Consults with HSE on Workers' Comp. Handles benefit payment letters for Worker's Compensation cases. Coordinates with third-party vendor requests on schedule requests, accommodations, and returns. Provides support to employees and healthcare providers on LOA process.
