Job Description
Commissions Analyst Trimble Inc. $52,200.00-$69,100.00 parental leave United States, Colorado, Westminster 10368 Westmoor Drive (Show on map) May 15, 2026 Summary of position The Commission/Variable Compensation Analyst is a vital member of the T&L Revenue Operations team. Your primary focus will be operationalizing incentive payouts for all roles on a variable compensation plan for the Maps, Transporeon, and Carrier teams. You will be asked to distribute and maintain updated plans annually, and to operationalize any changes as plans evolve year over year. You will act as a supporting resource to support the accuracy of the incentive compensation tool(s) and act as a supporting resource for commission inquiries. Key Duties & Responsibilities Support Monthly/Quarterly calculation and accurate payment for variable compensation and other incentive plans Support in managing any in-year changes to comp plans and comp administration, including SPIFF payouts and other incentives as introduced and approved by the leadership team throughout the year Support process for field comp inquiries related to compensation calculations and accuracy Support leadership reviews with accurate, up-to-date performance metrics from the compensation management activities Work with internal audit teams for compliance purposes Administer plans through compensation tool(s) and ensure accuracy of calculation logic, data tables and reporting Provide support for cross-functional compensation-related inquiries and requests Skills Required Experience supporting Sales in a technology industry preferred Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Detail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracy Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or Dynamics preferred) Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards Effective Communication at all levels of the organization Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment driven by deadlines Ability to work independently Experience with a compensation tool(s) Everstage preferred Must be proficient in

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
