  • Nonprofit organization in the Wallingford area needs a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, $25.00

00 hourly, UKG experience a MUST Payroll Administration Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for ~200 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in UKG Audit timekeeping, resolve discrepancies, and manage reimbursements and wage allocations Ensure compliance with payroll taxes, including quarterly (941) and year-end (W-2/W-3) filings Benefits Administration Administer employee benefits programs and manage PTO accruals and retirement contributions (401k/pension) Support Worker's Compensation audits and ensure compliance with pension reporting requirements Systems & Reporting Maintain payroll and timekeeping systems (UKG), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality Generate reports, perform data analysis, and support financial audits All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
