• Position Summary
• The Senior Benefits Analyst performs advanced data analysis, reporting, and benchmarking to support BayCare's benefits strategy and program design. This role partners with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and a positive team member experience. Serves as a subject‑matter resource and provides guidance to junior team members.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Analyze benefits data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

+ Prepare reports and benchmarks to support benefits strategy and leadership decision‑making. + Recommend data‑driven solutions to improve program effectiveness and employee experience. + Support daily benefits administration, including vendor oversight, data integrity, eligibility, and system issues. + Respond to team member inquiries regarding benefit plans, policies, eligibility, and claims. + Partner with vendors to ensure service accuracy and issue resolution. + Support regulatory compliance and required filings, including Form 990. + Assist with audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews. + Mentor junior analysts and support team development. + Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education & Experience
• + Bachelor's degree required. + Minimum
• 5 years of experience
• in benefits analysis, HR, or a related field.

• + Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills. + Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. + Ability to communicate complex information clearly. + Vendor management and customer service experience. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
