Summary:
Processes employee benefit programs including (but not limited to) health and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability, verifications, relocation, and other related benefit plans to ensure that all necessary forms and reports are completed accurately within a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Process enrollments, changes, and terminations in HRIS systems Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and issues. Assist with open enrollment planning, communication, and execution. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and benefits documentation. Support audits, reporting, and benefits data analysis.
Experience:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED. 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Key Competencies:
2 years of experience in HR or benefits administration preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Customer service orientation. Problem-solving and critical thinking. Time management and multitasking. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Visit us online at www.
