Job Description
Company Overview Restore Health And Wellness Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive addiction treatment and mental health recovery services. Our multidisciplinary team of certified professionals is committed to removing barriers and guiding clients toward a healthier, happier life. Summary The Admissions/Benefit Verification Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing systems, particularly insurance benefit verification, client screenings, admissions and contacts utilization reviewers and Case Managers.

Communication Skills, Compliance, Collaboration, Detail Oriented, Documentation, Faxing and Multi Tasking, Data Entry, Insurance Verification, Knowledge on Authorizations, Keyboarding and Typing, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities Verify insurance benefits for new and existing clients accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with insurance providers to clarify coverage details. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and coding requirements. Document verification outcomes in medical records system. Assist clients and staff with insurance-related questions and concerns. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations. Support billing and coding processes as needed. Contribute to team efforts to streamline insurance verification procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in insurance verification within a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of managed care, CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10 codes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience with medical records management. Familiarity with Substance Abuse Inpatient and Outpatient LOC is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills for liaising with insurance companies and clients. 'Join us in making a difference!
